From the Getty Museum record
A structure with many visible supports extends over a hillside. A scaffolded platform extends from center left to center where it meets a railroad track at ground level. The track extends under a short bridge from the scaffolded structure to a covered shedlike structure. A figure stands on the bridge. A ramp on the underside of the covered shed extends diagonally toward the train tracks, and a train car where a pile of material visible only in shadow. A traincar full of rocky matter rests on the tracks. The side of the traincar bears four markings: the upper left corner reads "4607"; the upper right corner reads "BALT & OHIO"; the lower left corner reads "WTI9100"; and the lower right corner reads "CAPY 40000." Two power poles, one in front of the shed and one behind the scaffold, reach into a cloudless (or overexposed) sky.
