View of the Tomb of Akbar the Great at Sikandra, near Agra, from the edge of the dirt road leading to the entrance of the building. The façade of the building features elaborate mosaics and inlays of geometric patterns that cover the entire building. Several recessed arches, or iwans, are set into the building on all sides, around the two story iwan at the main entrance. The building's four minarets are visible, along with three chhatri, or small pavilions, on the roof.
