View inside the courtyard of the Palais de Justice in Rouen, Normandy. The gothic style building features ornately carved arches over windows and doorways, decorations such as trefoils and quatrefoils, and pointed spires. Windows along the ground floor level are all covered with wrought iron bars. A small garden area lined with a short fence is visible in the lower left corner of the image.
