Two plates, one hanging on a wall, the other directly below it resting on a table. The plate on the wall is painted with a scene of a woman kneeling in a dirt yard next to two peacocks. The plate on the table is painted with a scene of farmers working in a field. Oxen pulling a plow stand among the men, who are surrounded by buckets of water, which they use for washing.
