This rectangular textile is composed of a fine, translucent ground fabric with a scattered pattern of small embroidered floral sprigs. Along the lower edge is a continuous band of oval medallions framed by embroidered scrolling elements, each enclosing a central floral motif executed in calado or another openwork technique. Vertical floral panels separate the medallions, and the edge terminates in a scalloped openwork border. This textile may be a fragment from the sleeves of a baro-camisa garment.
