View of a large open space in the palatial complex of Fatehpur Sikri. The marble tomb of Sheikh Salim Chishti, a smaller pavilion with a dome and latticed screens, is visible on the center left area of the image. The inner side of the Buland Darwasa gate can be seen on the center right area, with its three archways and topped with multiple chattris. Also visible are a number of native people, some of whom are sitting down on the ground.
