Body fragment, with part of the black palmette border above. The fragment preserves the upper torso and partially preserved head of a bearded male to right, wearing a chitoniskos and a dotted headband. He holds a vessel in his right hand; only its handle remains. The rendering of the figure's beard, as well as his posture, suggest he may have been part of a scene in which Herakles fights the Egyptian king Busiris. Adapted from Neer, R., CVA Malibu 7 (1997).
