The badge of the Order of St. Andrew. The insignia consists of a crowned double-headed eagle with a saltire, St. Andrew's Cross, over it. The figure of St. Andrew is crucified upon the saltire. Each point of the saltire features one letter spelling out "S-A-P-R" for St. Andrew, Patron of Russia. The badge is covered in jewels.
