A decorated shop window at the Jelmoli department store. The window has a painted backdrop showing a snake wrapped around the trunk of a tree, surrounded by various animals including a lion, sheep and elephant. There is a sign on the backdrop reading "Jelmoli gut und billig" ("Jelmoli good and cheap"). Three pillars draped with cloth are on either side of the backdrop, each with a sign identifying the fabric and giving a price.
