This Bichrome Ware cup has two handles and a pedestal foot. The interior is decorated with a central dot, four concentric circles halfway up the wall, and at the rim a broad band with three concentric circles below. On the exterior, the rim and lower part of the body of the cup are decorated with broad solid bands. The zone between has a large "X" bordered by vertical lines and zigzags on either side. The handles are also painted, as is the edge of the foot.
