Square-shaped thin metal sheet covered with nine full lines of Aramaic inscription. Translation after Kotansky 1991: "I am writing (this) so that Arsinoë will be healed In the name of Yešrumiel and Yešumel and Nahariel, who is (appointed) over the rivers of God, and Tahomiel whom God set up (?). And rescue and save Arsinoe from every destroyer-demon, "bb hh "" 'w' yhwh w tt " wwwww hh "'. He is strange, difficult, and frightening. Heal Arisnoë. 'For Thy loving-kindness...'".
