View of one of the buildings in the former Town Hall and Court House complex, now the Victoria Theater and Arts Building complex. The two-story structure features elaborate detailing on certain sections of its parapet. A grassy area that is dotted with young trees and protected by a bollard and chain fence can be seen in the foreground.
