Photograph of one of the two central fresco panels by Raphael and his workshop in the Loggia of Cupid and Psyche in the Villa Farnesina. It depicts the wedding banquet of Cupid and Psyche, with various gods and mythological figures in attendance. Cupid and Psyche are seated side by side on the right area of the image, gazing into each other's eyes.The scene is framed by elaborate festoons of various plants painted by Giovanni da Udine. The overall image appears to be composed of separate sections that have been collaged together and then rephotographed.
