Fragment of added relief face in the form of a mask of Dionysos. What survives includes part of the bridge of the nose, with the inner corners of the narrow, arched eyebrows and the complete profile of the nose; the eyes; parts of both cheeks; the left half of the moustache; smiling lips; hairless chin and upper edges of the beard, incised with wavy vertical lines. Fine black lines outline the whites of the eyeballs. Much of the face bears traces of a bright red pigment (cinnabar?), while a dull red layer covers the lips.
