A nude male figure stands at the center, holding a vessel (amphoriskos?) above his head, from which he pours a liquid onto a lightning bolt held in his outstretched left hand. He stands on a lotus. On either side, a wild animal, one with a long tail. On the reverse, an inscription in Greek characters: ϹΕΡ/ΦΘΟΥ/ΘΜϹϹΙ/ΥΟϹ [for SERPHOUTMOUISRO.]
