The photographer photographs the model, Sylvia Gobbel, in the nude, wearing only a pair of high-heeled shoes. Her back is turned toward the viewer. His and her reflections, as well as that of another model's legs, appear on a mirror in the center of the image. To the right of the image and seated with crossed legs is the photographer's wife, June Newton, also known as Alice Springs.
