Fragmentary magical gem, with only about half of the piece extant. On one side, the upper part of a female figure with winged arm, perhaps Isis, wearing a disc on her head. Uncertain letters surround her. On the other side, the upper part of a figure with long hair with a snake, surrounded by uncertain letters. Around the edge, inscribed in Greek: ΑΝΑΘ.
