All works by this person →In the early 1900s, Karl Bulla was a photojournalist in Saint Petersburg in the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (U.S.S.R.). He photographed scenes of civic interest as well as prominent figures such as author Leo Tolstoy. Bulla taught photography to his sons, Viktor and Aleksandr, who also became photographers.
