Silver tetradrachm dating to the reign of Lysimachus (323-281 B.C.), King of Thrace. Obverse: Head of Alexander III (the Great) with dotted border. Reverse: To the left, Athena seated on a throne, her left elbow propped on a shield behind the throne and holding Nike in her outstretched right hand. Inscribed: BAΣIΛΕΩΣ ΛYΣΙMAXOY [BASILEOS LYSIMACHOU.]
