Discus Iconography: Plain discus. Description: Moldmade. Ribbon handle with a median groove. Deep body. Inward-sloping plain shoulder. Between shoulder and discus, a cable band and outer groove. Depressed flat-bottomed discus with central filling-hole. Flat, splayed nozzle with blunt end; nozzle top has two stylized bird's heads turned in opposite directions, separated by a grooved channel extending from discus to wick-hole. Raised circular base defined by one groove.
