Discus Iconography: Plain discus. Description: Wheelmade. Handle ornament in the shape of a triangular leaf; no ring behind. Carination at low point of body. Curved band of clay added on each side of lamp top before firing. Sunken area around filling-hole. Applied short nearly tubular nozzle with a large oval wick-hole. Raised unglazed base with string marks.
