A rearing Pegasus with a dolphin support underneath the chest. The horse is rendered with short, thick legs and a shortened snout. There is a hole pierced through the mane at the neck. The details of the face, mane, harness and scale pattern on the wings are all incised, as are the eyes and fins of the dolphin support. Part of the left wing, left hind leg and tail are broken.
