The second of sixteen pages of canon tables in the Gospel book from Helmarshausen, this page continues the concordance of events occurring in all four Gospels. The names of the evangelists are indicated at the tops of the columns and written in red ink: Mat[heus], Marc[us], Luc[as], Joh[annes] (Matthew, Mark, Luke, John). Busts of the evangelist symbols appear under two larger arches above.
