From the Getty Museum record
Depiction of a newswoman on network television. This photograph was created by pressing a sheet of Cibachrome paper onto the screen and turning the television on and off to expose it. It has been grouped with 8 other prints (2016.1.2-.9), which together exemplify the artist’s interest in the ubiquity of television, and the way the medium popularized the role of newscasters as “talking heads” who mediate the news.
The authoritative record is held by Getty Museum. LinkedCulture surfaces this object and its connections; it does not alter institutional metadata.
