Discus Iconography: Big fluted cantharus with tympanon; behind it a staff that in a bacchic ambiance could be a thyrsus. Description: Moldmade. Ring handle with two grooves on upper part. Shoulder: Loeschcke form VI b; small dotted circle on shoulder at each side of handle, two more on each side of volutes. Filling-hole lower right. Ogival nozzle with simplified shoulder-volutes; burn marks. Base marked off by circular groove. Illegible planta pedis.
