Three plates hanging on a wall in a pyramid. The top plate is painted in the center with the arms of the Russian Order of St. Andrew, surrounded by the badges of the Orders of St. George, St. Alexander of Nevsky, St. Vladimir, the White Eagle of Poland, St. Stanislaus, and St. Anne. The lower left plate is painted around the edge with panels of different kinds of flowers. The lower right plate is painted in the center with the arms of King William IV surrounded by a border of oak branches.
