Part of a panoramic view of a section of the old port of Saigon. This view looks toward the confluence of the B?n Nghé Creek, previously known as Arroyo Chinois, and the Saigon River, and is partially obscured by the trees in the foreground. Prominently visible are the tall Signal Mast with a few flags flying in the wind and the Maison Wang-Tai, later the customs department building. The three-story building features an arcade along its ground floor and windows that look toward the Saigon River on the right area of the image. A number of people and boats can be seen along the embankment.
