He very likely was the pupil of Euthymides, one of the group of the red-figure Pioneers. Large section of upper part of side A and the neck. Thetis, wearing chiton and himation, as well as stephane, earring and bracelet, faces left as Peleus (upper body, right arm) wrestles her. A little lion attacks Peleus. Large snake at upper right. Thetis holds a dolphin in her outstretched right arm. Tongue pattern on shoulder.
