A cup beaten from a single sheet of gold in repousee. The rim is folded over the outside edge. The handle is held in place by two gold rivets and decorated with grooves. The body of the cup is decorated in three bands. The upper band consists of a half ovolo pattern; the middle band contains two chevron patterns; and the lower band contains long tongues. The cup has a small kick at the bottom. There are tears and chips around the edges and bottom of the cup. The shape has been deformed.
