The terracotta statuette depicts a charioteer who drives a quadriga (four-horse chariot) and is accompanied by a warrior. Both figures are bearded and wear conical Cypriot caps or helmets. The chariot has a rounded back and two wheels attached to an axle on either side. The manes of the horses are high. Details, such as the horses’ bridles, would have originally been added in paint, but the pigment no-longer survives.
