Discus Iconography: Erotic scene on bed; woman lying on her back to left; man kneeling and lifting the woman's leg. Description: Moldmade, from plaster mold. Shoulder: Loeschcke form VI b. Filling-hole slightly below center of discus. Air hole at top of nozzle. Round-tipped volute-nozzle. Base marked off by one circular groove. Potter's incuse signature: COPPIRES, workshop active from Late Flavian to Hadrianic period.
