Nude warrior advancing left, holding a shield and down-turned spear; hatched border. There are cips around the border. The scarab on the reverse has hatched lines that divide the elytra from the thorax and the thorax from the head; an incised line divides the elytra. Warriors in various poses copied from Greek gems are popular on Phoenician green jasper scarabs.
