Relief sculpture by Bertel Thorvaldsen of Minerva imbuing the first human with the gift of wisdom while Prometheus watches. Minerva is depicted wearing a helmet and robes. She is placing a butterfly on the head of the human, a nude male figure. Prometheus, a nude male is sitting with a cloth draped over one shoulder.
