View of the Diwan-i-Khas, or Hall of Private Audience, a two-story building topped with four chattris or decorative pavilions. Visible on the left area of the image is Ankh Michauli, also known as a treasury building, another structure of similar design but without chattris. In front of it stands the Astrologer's Seat, a small domed kiosk with ornately carved brackets. The two buildings face an expansive court where a number of native people can be seen.
