Bowl raised from a single sheet of silver, parcel-gilt. On the inside is an inverted Seleucid anchor and a dolphin on a scale-pattern medallion. The central emblem is gilt as is the trefoil garland band with bound trefoil groups. Gilt wave meander beneath the lip. Weight inscribed under the lip.
