Ovoid lekythos decorated with a woman wearing a chiton and looking at a mirror held in her right hand. There is a large white oval on back. The surface is worn, but retains some pigment; unfired white clay slip and added black and pink colorants. This type of earthenware, a Canosa ceramic or "magenta ware," was primarily made for burial contexts and not everyday use.
