From the Getty Museum record
Dr. Huizinga and the staff of the Transvaal Ambulance pose in front of the ambulance train cars. The doctor sits on the ground with his legs crossed, wearing a white coat. Three women stand to the right and four men to the left. One of the men holds a goat on a lead, and a fifth man reclines in front of them. Several other staff members lean out the windows of the train car. Many of them wear white bands with a cross, either on their hats or around their arms.
