This pendant depicts the head and neck of a winged female figure in profile, facing right. It is rounded and decorated on the obverse, flat and plain on the reverse. The spherical shape of the eye is suggested and set off from lids that are represented as raised lines. The figure has full cheeks, a wide smile, and a plump neck. Her hair, visible at the brow and at the right side, is mostly covered by a veil and a shawl with a patterned edge. A volute-like wing projects from the right top side of the head and curves back to the neck. There are two lateral through-bores for suspension: at the crown and top of the head. A large central bore hole through the ear was made after the pendant was carved. There are also five other stopped bores, making it difficult to determine how the pendant would have originally hung. These multiple bore holes also suggest it was used over a long period of time.
