A flat sheet of silver in the shape of a roughly triangular leaf, likely a votive. A central "spine", created by a crease, bisects the leaf lengthwise while diagonal "ribs", also created by creasing run from the center to the outer edges. There is a short, stem-like projection at the base. Four holes are punched into the sheeet, three along the base and one near the apex. At the base is a small relief representation of Serapis, standing and bearded, leaning on a sceptre which he holds in his left hand. His right hand supports an object resting on the ground, perhaps a shield.
