All works by this person →

In 1448, author Jean Wauquelin compiled a romance about Alexander the Great. The Master of Wauquelin's Alexander is the name given by scholars to the anonymous artist who illustrated a copy of that text owned by the Burgundian duke Philip the Good. The artist also painted miniatures in devotional books, such as the Llangattock Hours.
