Scarab gem engraved with the image of Herakles and the lion. Herakles is kneeling with his legs together, throttling the lion whose jaws are gaping as it claws at Herkales' head with a rear paw. Beneath the lion a bud rises from the cross-hatched exergue. Framed by a hatched border.
