Montée sur argent type marguerite, centre à deux niveaux émail bombé sur fond rouge décoré de 5 cabochons en pierres fines rouges et vertes, entourage de perles émail blanc. 10 émaux en forme de poire, rythmés bleu turquoise, bleu de Sèvres (5 de chaque). décorés de paillons d'or entourent l'élément central;tous sont montés sur bâtes d'argent et possèdent un cabochon en pierre fine rouge.
