Thoth statuette

Standing figure of Thot, represented as an ibis-headed, anthropomorphic deity, striding with left leg forward. The god has a crown composed of a modius decorated with the uraeus, surmounted by a rush crown with ram horns, the ostrich feathers are flanked by uraei crowned with solar discs. The crown is topped with a solar disc. The head and neck of the ibis stick out from a tripartite wig. The left arm is bent forward, while the right arm is alongside the body, the hands are clenched into fists. The hands are pierced to hold the now missing insignia. The god wears a shendyt kilt with a belt and a central tab hanging down. The feet rest on a rectangular base. The figure is mounted on a wooden base that appears ancient.
