Rocky Landscape with a Road and a River
Hercules Segers
- Date

- Medium
- paper, paint (coating)
- Institution

This is an impression of the same plate as the adjacent etching (RP-P-H-OB-833). The landscape gained depth and structure through the interplay of the printed lines and the colouring with the brush. In the process of overpainting Segers added two small figures on the road at the right.
