From the Museo Egizio record
The official, who holds a scepter, is seated next to his wife in front of an offering table. Next to them is their daughter, Nefertari, with the side lock of childhood, holding a lotus flower to her mother’s nose. In front of the couple is an offering list with columns specifying the name, container, and number (1 or 2) of each. From right to left, we read: “Water (vases) 2; loaves of bread (in bowls) 2...” Below, the deceased asks the gods to grant him “coming and going in the necropolis, his spirit (being) in heaven, his corpse in the netherworld.”.
